  • Our soaps are handmade consumable products that cannot be resold once they leave our facility.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items.

  • The quality and effectiveness of our products may be compromised if not stored or handled properly after leaving our care.

While we do not offer refunds, we value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to discuss your concerns and work towards a solution which may include an exchange of product.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any product on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
